In order to fully understand a country´s political system, one also needs to understand its history (at least part of it). The history of Britain has been very different compared to other places in the world and, consecuently, its political system has been shaped differently as well.

EliminarI think it´s a good political system as long as the people of the country can live in a decent way. the success of the system will depend on those who manage it because they have the power to make decisions on behalf the people

EliminarIf that's the political system, I can't imagine their laws! british people, really complicated lol. But it's a reasonable fact why they live in a good quality of life or why they are more powerful in comparison with other countries.

ResponderEliminarIn Britain, the Head of State is the Queen and the head of the government is the Prime Minister(the leader of the major political party in Parliament).
The Parliament, which makes laws, has two parts : The House of the Commons and The House of Lords. But the head of the state (in Argentina)is the President and the power has three branches: Executive-power-legislative.power and Judicial power.
The President has the power to veto laws passed by the Congress..
I was amazed at how easily citizens can get involved with the work of parliament. And they can also contact them by phone, letter or email. It's awesome! Very interesting videos, I've learned a lot.
